Supporting the Iris Kirby House
Every year, our brokerage proudly supports the Iris Kirby House in St. John’s through our partnership with the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation. Giving back is part of who we are, and our agents are committed to making a meaningful impact throughout the year.
As real estate professionals, we see the value of "home" every day and we believe everyone deserves to feel safe in theirs. That belief drives our ongoing support of organizations that provide safety, stability, and essential resources within our community.
In 2025, our brokerage raised over $9,000, with every dollar donated directly to the Iris Kirby House. These funds were raised through Shelter Lunches, our in-office breakfast donation box, agent commission donations, and various prize draws and fundraising initiatives held throughout the year.

Donation Drives & Support
This year, our office came together to support a family who suffered a devastating house fire, collecting clothing, furniture, and donations. The support from our agents and clients made a real difference.
We also support The Gathering Place through clothing drives and complete a large annual drive for the SPCA in St. John’s, working together to fill their Wish List.
Annual Christmas Food Drive
Every Christmas for the past three years, all three Royal LePage offices in St. John’s join together to support the Food Sharing Association.
Our team members take turns standing outside Colemans, collecting food donations from the community throughout the day. We love ending the year by giving back to families in our local communities.
